The story of CC&C

Cooke Curtis & Co was established by Sam Cooke and Jamie Curtis in 2015

Cooke
Curtis & Co was created from that
start point.

Everything the traditional estate agent does was taken apart and analysed. Where it worked well (like having a High Street office and advertising in traditional press media) it was left alone, but where it could be done better it was improved. Everything was set up to maximise the value from every property and to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.

People seem to like it. Cooke Curtis & Co have grown quickly from just dealing with sales to also offering a lettings service, from just being the two partners to employing other experienced, professional agents. We have won awards for our innovative marketing and have been chosen to sell and let properties in all price ranges all over the city and in the villages around. We were chosen as the Cambridge agent for The Guild of Professional Estate agents, establishing local, national and international connections and offering London marketing through our shop window on Park Lane.

By far the majority of our business comes from personal recommendation and that's how we want it. We want to do an impeccable job so those that use us once will never go elsewhere and will tell their friends the same. Repeat business in estate agency might not be for 10 years, but it's our business with our names above the door and we will still be here then.

We believe local estate agents, operated by the people who own them as a genuine service to the community they're in are not just the past and present of estate agency, but also the future.
