The deluxe plus studio is an extremely popular choice with those living in Cambridge. There is an en-suite shower room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a range of other great features. Including everything you need to stay entertained including a flat screen TV, a DVD player and superfast WIFI. There is also a comfortable study chair and desks with storage space fitted as standard, providing you with a manageable work space within your room, and you’ll benefit from regular housekeeping cleaning services.

To book there is a holding fee of £500 which is allocated to your rent on move in. No damage deposit required. Option to have a double or twin beds. Additional £25pw for double occupancy. Standard tenancy is 51 weeks starting 31st August 2019 or 14th September 2019. There is the alternative option for 43 weeks starting 31st August 2019 or a semester 1 contract 31st August 2019 – 2nd January 2020 (17 weeks 5days) for £237pw. Council tax is charged at £25pw.
