The Best Estate Agency Guide is the largest analysis of Estate Agents in the country. It is carried out over six months and includes assessing 25 million leads and 3 billion data points. The guide looks closely at the quality of property marketing and at results achieved including the average days to find a buyer and whether agreed sales go through to completion.

Mystery shopper exercises are conducted over the phone and electronically to check on agents’ knowledge and how informative and responsive they are. Agents’ own websites are subjected to a 36-point assessment which explores marketing and customer service. Unusually, and pleasingly for a customer-service-focused business like us, they also look at “likeability & trust”, good results and a pleasant experience needn’t be mutually exclusive.

It's the most comprehensive, objective assessment of estate agencies in existence and we are very proud to have been chosen as the very best agent out of all that were assessed. It’s not the only thing we’ve won, but it’s the big one.
